Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place with EUGENE HO.
Orders
All prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we refund any amount already paid.
Product information
We describe our tops, blouses and flannel shirts as accurately as we can, including fabric, colour and fit. Screens display colour differently, so a small variation between the photograph and the garment is possible.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. All text, photography and design on this store belong to EUGENE HO and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and estimated transit time is 15 business days. Returns are accepted within 30 days, damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and lost parcels within 7 days. Full details are in our shipping and refund policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR China, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
